Our Team at Farm

The farming team is composed of 5 workers.

Our team of pickers

Under direction of Mr. Oscar, our agronomic engineer, they take care of the coffee plantation: planting new coffee plants, fertilizing with natural fertilizers produced on the farm, removing the weeds with machetes and hand picking only the ripe coffee cherries.

Immediately after harvesting, the cherries are wet processed: i.e. depulped, fermented (to remove the mucilage) and rinsed with the pure water of our own springs.

After that the coffee beans are extended on terraces to dry them, thereby obtaining the parchment coffee, this is stored with controlled temperature and humidity in burlap sacks of 70 kg.
